How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–2 hours. Express delivery (extra ₹29) takes under 45 minutes. All orders include live tracking via SMS.
What if a product is out of stock?
We'll suggest the nearest substitute or offer a full refund for out-of-stock items. Add to wishlist to get notified when restocked.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order from the Orders tab. After that, contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Credit/Debit cards. Free delivery on orders above ₹500.
Are the products certified organic?
Products labelled "Organic" are sourced from certified organic farms. They cost slightly more but are free from synthetic pesticides and fertilisers.
