What Is the Mentor Role?
As a VibeTestQ Mentor, you will power our Free Interview Service by supporting professionals through simulated technical discussions focused on engineering thinking and decision-making.
Before starting, you'll work with the founder to:
- Guide professionals beyond technical checklists
- Cultivate engineering mindset & system thinking
- Analyze risk and quality strategy beyond tools
- Ensure fairness, empathy, and professionalism
- Provide growth-oriented, actionable feedback
